Questions, answered honestly

Do I need to create an account?
No. You book with just your name and email, pay by card or PayPal, and your call opens in the browser. No app, no signup, nothing to remember.
Who are the friends? Are they real?
Real people who applied, were interviewed, and had their identity verified by us. They appear by first name only, set their own prices, and choose their own hours. Many do this alongside studies or other work.
How does payment work?
You pay when you book, through PayPal (card works too — no PayPal account needed). The price on the profile is the full price. No subscriptions, no per-minute meters, no tips required.
What if my friend doesn't show up?
Full refund or a free rebooking — your choice, no questions. If you can't make it, reschedule at least 12 hours ahead using the link in your confirmation email.
What about timezones?
The booking calendar automatically shows times in your timezone. Book what looks right to you and it will be right.
Can I book a call for someone else?
Yes — this is common for elder companionship. Book the slot, then reply to your confirmation email telling us who the call is for and we'll make sure the friend knows.
Is my privacy protected?
Calls happen in private video rooms that require no account. Friends never see your email or number; you never see theirs. We keep booking records (time, duration, amount) for payment purposes only.

  • Every friend is a real, identity-verified person who sets their own prices and schedule.

What this is not

  • Not a dating service. Romantic, flirtatious, or sexual talk or behavior is not allowed — by anyone, in either direction. Friends will end the call, and no refund is given for calls ended over a rules breach.
  • Not a place to exchange contacts. Asking for phone numbers, social media, or off-platform contact leads to removal.

Payments and refunds

  • You pay when you book. The price shown is the full price — no meters, no surprises.
  • If your friend doesn't show, you get a full refund or a free rebooking, your choice.
  • If you don't show, the booking is used. Reschedule at least 12 hours ahead.

Age and safety

  • Everyone on the platform — friends and customers — must be 18 or older.
  • Treat people kindly. Abusive behavior means removal without refund.

  • Calls happen in private video rooms. Customers never see your email, number, or last name.

How we protect you

  • This is a strictly friendly platform. If a customer gets flirtatious or rude, you end the call — you are still paid in full, they are not refunded, and we deal with them.
  • Customers who ask for your personal contacts get one warning, then removed.
  • A real person (us) reads every report, usually within hours.
